Though of minor economic significance, this development marks an important step in Resqunit’s ongoing partnership with Intermas.

Intermas, headquartered in Llinars del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain, is a world-leading producer and distributor of tools to the fishing industry, active in more than 70 countries across Asia, Europe, Africa, and South America.

As per the initial announcement in 2023, this partnership will extend the Resqunit technology's presence globally, putting focus on the massive problem with lost fishing gear in several coastal nations, through Intermas's extensive distribution network.
